Dirty bed sheets and pillows both meant to white but they were yellow . Overall dirty disgusting feeling sleeping on beds

There was power cut and no power back up for the whole night which made very our stay very miserable. We requested the room service but they say it is the rule to not provide power back up from 12 to 8 in the morning. But it was not mentioned in booking.com.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking mountain and river views right from the balcony. The rooftop seating was a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The live music added a fantastic vibe to the evenings, making our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay amidst nature!

This is a most beautiful property in Kasol. Interior was really mesmerising and they have all the modern amenities. Staff were really polite and friendly and the room was neat and clean. I ll definitely recommend this property to everyone.
