Very nice secluded hotel - lovely swimming pool

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, and welcome. My room was always clean, and stocked with drinking water.

We booked this hotel for New Year and for our honeymoon in Cambodia. We chose this hotel due to its location a little out of town so away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and noise of the city but with just a short walk to the shops restaurants and Facilities. Even before we arrived the communication was fantastic welcoming and friendly. Sadly we arrived later than expected due to a delay with the bus but even arriving late we were still greeted with happy smiling faces that could not do enough for us. This level of customer service continue throughout our stay, every single staff member was helpful, a tentative and service minded. A special mention too; Laiseang (Absolutely Outstanding!) Sivinh Sophea Daro (Housekeeping manager) All the staff The hotel is exceptionally clean, with the rooms decorated to a high standard but still with a Cambodian twist. We initially stayed in 108 which was a huge room with a bath and own vanity area. It had a view over the Royal sports club, under balcony where you could watch the Sunset. Considering how close to hotel is to the main road the rooms are very quiet, you can enjoy a little piece of nature in the tranquility of the gardens. Located just a 5-minute walk to the closest local supermarket, with a cultural fresh fruit and vegetable place next door. 15 minute walk into Siem Reap City Center and Pub Street. Unfortunately one of us had an accident on a jungle offroad motorbike trip resulting in a broken arm and 6 stitches; I didn't want to be anywhere else other than the comfort and safety of this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, sympathetic and couldn't do enough to make our stay even better and more comfortable. Even as I lay here underneath the shade of the palm trees in the pool area I think how lucky I am to have experienced the hospitality and genuine empathy from these wonderful people. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner of the hotel, who was lovely.

Breakfast was very small and have to select of a menu it’s not a buffet. I’m allergic to egg but everything had egg in it so wasn’t great. It was very hard to talk to staff members about the food. Unfortunately when we left we left very upset and angry due to miss communication. We booked a cab to the airport with a member of staff she said 14 dollars ( we asked multiple times to double check the price) and she asked what we wanted for breakfast so it could be ready when we leave. It got to the morning we now have no breakfast and paying 40 dollars for a cab!!!!!!

Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Staff The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and always asking about our staying. Breakfast including with room was excellent. The room was clean and Cousy. The swimming pool was big and cleaning. I am really loving my stay. I will come back again. Thank you for all staff always helping us during our stay.
