Great location, elegant room, lovely helpful staff

Great little hotel, excellent value, good location & great staff

The chilled pool was wonderful, honestly it gets my vote just for that. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well once it got going. It's in a good area too - near lots of good places to eat and drink, and a short walk across the river to the main town.

Nothing really - maybe it would be noisier on the lower floors and note that it's stairs only to the rooms, potentially up a few floors.

The whole hotel flooded, all electronics are ruined, all our clothes smell like damp, hotel refused to help or compensate at all, terrible service, staff are rude

The best hotel we've stayed in 3 months of travelling in south-east Asia. Rooms are perfectly clean, spacious and comfy. Balcony ant very good TV provided. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The pool gives the perfect final touch to this hotel, which is also located in a nice are with little noise and all useful services easily reachable by walking. We didn't try breakfast but they also offer this service. Highly recommended!
