Very hospitable staff, highly supportive of customers to answer any questions, late check out , advice on where to go. Very high standard of cleanliness throughout. Central location.

Rooms not very soundproof, traffic noise and party noise into the night but I quickly adjusted.

A great hotel to stay in Siem Reap. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It's near to the river and 5 minutes walking distance to the market and pub street. It's close to everything with lots of places to eat and have a coffee or drink. Supermarket, pharmacy, bank are all near.

Sometimes at night, there was a little noise from outside the road.

Great staff and great breakfast! Comfy beds.. amazing location on Wat Bo rd.. close to Miss Wongs and Laundry bar.. pretty much everything in Siem Reap. Will def stay here again if I come back. They have great rates on longer term stays too.

A little noisy at night from the local bar across the street but not terrible - also there's no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage the bellhop will be happy to assist.

The location is in the centre , but if you like quite this hotel is not for you because its to much noise from outside. For breakfast I liked pancakes , they are sooo delicious. The staff are very friendly.

I choose this hotel because on booking was specified There is GYM , in real they don't have Gym , but 7 minutes by foot is a big gym and very clean. We stayed 4 nights and no cleaning room for all the time.

The staff are amazing and help so much. The location is perfect, so close to everything. Wonderful room and such a nice stay.

Nothing to complain about ~ my friend had a really heavy bag and the staff helped so no elevator isn't a problem.

Lovely colonial building. Spacious room and bathroom. Good shower too. Beds are like concrete, but that's in the entire country. Staff at reception is very kind and helpful. The one girl looks just like a young Jennifer Lawrence, but with black hair.

On Booking it says there is an elevator. There is not! Luckily, staff brought our luggage upstairs. It also says the rooms are sound proof. They are not, you can hear everything from the streets and the neighbors. The room could be more clean. Lots of dead bugs, lots of dust on the nightstand. There's only 1 nightstand, would have loved to have one on each side.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it has been done to a high standard. The staff were very accommodating. Location is good. Within walking distance to the riverside market and pub street. There are few restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The breakfast had a good choice.
