The apartment has a few positives — great central location, a working washing machine (although often clogged with towels left overnight), air conditioning in the bedroom, a private bathroom, and a fridge.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. The bathroom had visible mold and mildew, and there were no shelves or any space to store clothes in the bedroom. Old, dirty cloths were left on the sink, which felt unhygienic. The kitchen lacked basic equipment — no cutlery, plates, or cookware, just a few mugs. It was also very noisy at night. There’s a restaurant right outside, and you can hear kitchen noises and the sound of bottles being thrown out — even around midnight. Cooking smells also drift into the apartment.

The location is really convenient as it is close to pretty much everything! We liked the bathroom, it was recently renovated and clean, also the bed was very comfy.

Difficult to establish communication with the lost; the room was next to a very busy street that was a bit noisy at night so bad insulation may affect one’s sleep. Good value for money overall but wouldn’t recommend for many nights

Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Great location . I would recommend this place.

First entry can be a little difficult if the outside courtyard door is closed, but a phone call or message to the host will sort it out immediately.

Host disinterested in assisting us. Given a pile of keys to get through 5 doors.

Location was good for access to tourist sites, restaurants and public transport - on a main road. Towels provided.

Bathroom was mouldy. Asked in advance if would have shampoo and conditioner etc, told yes. Was half a bottle of shampoo in kitchen for all rooms. Ridiculous. So had to go and buy them. Whole point was to save money and know what to bring. Said breakfast included but wasn't. Spent money on the basis of this being included. Said private room and bathroom but wasn't. Wardrobe was a rail in hallway. Bathroom was off hallway (as opposed to attached to your room) which would be fine but it had no working lock!!! Nowhere safe to keep belongings and concerning each time needed to toilet or shower. Asked the owner to fix lock and wouldn't. Bed uncomfortable. Very loud at night, hard to sleep. No information provided regarding how to find the apartment and there were no signs at all once at the address to which the apartment was one of many buildings inside, regarding how to get in - had to call the owner who then tried to explain in another language over phone. Same in regards to exciting the property. Poor information and organisation.

Is close to the city center

The bathroom smelled very bad and there was so much noise outside all the days. Windows are not soundproof.

The room we got was upstairs, it looked much different than the pictures - was much smaller and only had a tiny window. The rooms downstairs were twice bigger and had balcony. WiFi did not work in our room at all, neither did the hairdryer. Owner did not react when I texted him about this issue. In the kitchen there was no cutlery at all - I mean none. No forks no knifes no spoons, not even one. Place has potential, it’s placed in nice location and looks good but the owner keeps talking in Italian instead of simply translating what he has to say and send it in English. I told him several times I don’t understand him and he told me to translate his messages in internet. You can not run business and expect people from abroad to have internet connection in your country to translate what you have to say . You need to at least try to communicate in basic language such as English. Plus there is no reception desk (that’s what booking says). Summarizing, this place could be great. It’s clean, and location is great. But unfortunately the owner needs to understand how this business works.
