Nothing no hot water for 3 4 days didn’t clean up my room a week and have them except for once bad customer service made me wait until next day to check in and took an extra day and was about to cancel my week of staying with no refund roaches and door didn’t want a lot all the time

הייתי בבניין ליד,אהבתי את החדרים,והמיטה הנוחה,ואח"כ את ארוחת הבוקר,שהטבח הכין באותו רגע ספיישל, הרגשתי כמו במסעדה על רמה.

החדר מדרגות בבניין השני הם גדולות וקשה לעלות, חלונות שבורים וקירות מקולפים,הכניסה גם צריכה להראות יפה לפחות ברמה של כניסת לובי לדירות כמו שיש היום בבניינים חדשים בדירות,היה צריך מעלית כי החדר שלי היה בקומה שלישית והעליה קשה כי המדרגות גבוהות. ועוד, כשהזמנתי ורציתי לדחות למועד מאוחר יותר אמרו לי שאי אפשר עד ינואר...ולכן הייתי חייבת להזמין ל12/10,שזה ערב חג,ולא היה לי היכן לעשות את החג וברגע האחרון חברים הזמינו אותי.

ממש במרכז העיניינים, קרוב להכל. מרפסת קפה נעימה ונוחה

האגף השני בו התאכסנתי ללא מעלית. חסר קפה שחור בחדר.

Clean, good location.

No remote for air conditioner, and the property has no windows to the outside extremely hot. I slept there 2 nights without aircon. Every hour the automatic air freshener makes very loud squeaks. No communication from anyone after receiving the key for both days.

The employee was very willing to give me a room where I wouldn't have to walk of multiple floors of stairs, seeing as I'm a senior citizen. The light rail station was less than a block away.

An elevator to the reception office would have been nice.

DON'T STAY HERE! Water was coming out of the air conditioner, it almost became a lake inside the room. the boiler and the refrigerator did not work, The toilet button didn't work either. I informed the staff twice and they did not offer me another room nor did they give me any solution. I will never come back.
