Struttura rustica curata nei minimi dettagli dal proprietario Salvatore, che nella ristrutturazione ha saputo esaltarne e preservarne tutti i tratti autentici della cultura e dell’architettura siciliana. Posizione comodissima a due passi dal centro.

L'appartamento è molto carino, curato e dotato di ogni cosa, dagli utensili da cucina a quelli per il bagno. Utile anche il piccolo "cortile" all'ingresso per rilassarsi e per stendere il bucato. È in posizione centrale, Host disponibile e molto gentile.

Parcheggi limitati nelle zone limitrofe alla casa, ma comunque siamo riusciti sempre a trovare parcheggio non troppo lontano.

Loved that it was so close to the main street (5 minutes walk down Via Fabrizi to Porta Reale) and all the magnificent buildings tourists flock to see. Salvatore was such a lovely gentleman who picked us up from the train station once we realised we were stranded with no taxis there. He’s certainly picked up the use of google translate so no real problems with communication.Hint: if travelling by public transport it’s best to arrive in Noto by bus. Flower House is an easy walk from the bus stop. The accomodation is realistically priced. We were very comfortable there for 2 nights, found it spacious and enjoyed some quiet time on the patio. Being able to use the washing machine was a real help. A longer stay would work as there is a good kitchen. It’s very safe and quiet being a rear unit of 4? off a courtyard with a secure locked gate.

NEVER AGAIN !!! Very unpleasant owner who doesn't speak any language ( En, Ger, Fr) and does not use google translation. Although she knew 1 day in advance what time I would arrive , I had to wait 40 min in front of the house. The apartment is on the main road , where one car after another drives day and night. So there is a lot of noise. There is mold on the walls ( see photo ) ! This accomodation is the worst I have experienced on booking.com. I definitely DO NOT RECOMEND !!!

The appartment is nice with some beautiufl details, like a tiled floor. it has a kitchen with pots and pans and also some basics like sugar, salt, coffee and some basic food stuffs. The bed is comfortable and it has a beautiful bathroom.It has a washing machine too. I couldn't get it to start and I sent a message to Salvatore. He came immediately and helped fix the problem with the help of a toothpick! Salvatore is very friendly. There is also a drying rack for washed clothes.

The appartment is in a courtyard on the ground floor. In the winter it is a little cold and damp. There is no real window in the bed room but you have the big doors opposite you. There is not much sun in the appartment which is probably good in summer but not so great in winter. I was happily surprised that the clothes dried. Walking, the center is very close by. The city is beautiful. The heating works good but there is no heating in the bathroom.

The apartment is very close to the city center, but because it's located in an interior yard, it's not that close to the street. it is big and well equipped, we did not miss anything during our stay. Salvadore was really nice and helpful, even tho he does not speak English he really tried to help us and provide the best service. After we had already checked out, he stopped his car and came to talk to us in the rain because he saw us wait for the bus and asked if we needed him to drop us somewhere.
