"disappointing but we made the best of it"

nice for the money

the keys for gates were not easy to use and we wasted many minutes trying to get in…but the manager was attentive and sent someone quickly to help us. also the next day there was no hot water as the boiler broke and he refunded us one nights stay. the mama ger was very attentive and sorry.

"once we had sorted out some of our issues we enjoyed the place and the quietness of the property"

it was good to be able to sit outside a neighbour spoke English and was very helpful

We we shown round but there were no instructions left in the property so for example we didn’t know there was a trick to opening and closing a security gate. if someone else had let us out and we had returned late there would have been no way to get back in. the address on our info was wrong - the wrong house number is used so we disturbed someone unrelated to the property
