"Very Good"

Het is een mooi groot appartement op de begane grond. Met toegang tot een buiten zit. Keuken met inmiddels wat verouderde apparatuur. Twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Airconditioning. De ontvangst is prima en zelfs al twee kaartjes voor de bus om naar Venetië te reizen. Zo lief. De bus is op 250 meter afstand en brengt je in 1 keer naar Venetië. Vlakbij is ook een Lidl en op zaterdag een mega grote weekmarkt.

De riolering liep niet helemaal lekker. Er kwam als de bovenbuurman ging douchen allemaal water naar boven. De douche is klein en krap. Dat is jammer want er is plek genoeg. Dat geeft een minder hygiënisch gevoel.

Apartamento bem espaçoso, com dois quartos confortáveis e dois banheiros, cozinha bem equipada, apartamento dispõe de cortinas automáticas. Região silenciosa e acessível a Veneza por ônibus. Os anfitriões deixaram um espumante e um bilhete de ônibus no primeiro dia como cortesia. E, ao final, guardaram nossas malas após o check out. Recomendo a estadia.

Um dos chuveiros é bem pequeno e pode complicar para algumas pessoas, apartamento no segundo andar.

Camere comode, 2 bagni ( molto utili per una famiglia di 4 persone), giardino che circonda la casa e posto auto in garage. A 5 minuti a piedi dall’autobus che porta a Venezia (15 minuti di tragitto). Bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze

Uno dei due bagni è senza bidet.

Very clean; easy accessible;easy parking;it’s a transit stay , if I could have stayed for another day, we would have enjoyed; sofa cum bed was really comfortable

No exhaust chimney for kitchen, it a problem for a day stay

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage zu Venedig ist unschlagbar gut. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus und man ist dort. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zum Empfang eine Flasche Spumante und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Und ein Busticket nach Venedig. Top.

Leider an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas schmuddelig. Und es gibt Kakerlaken im Apartment. Das ist vielleicht üblich für die Gegend (Mittelmeerraum).
