Rum Darien Camp

This place is very good. It sweeps your heart. The view is very beautiful in the early morning and sunset. The view from the balcony makes you relax and enjoy every moment. It is very clean. The owner of the place is very kind and generous, I advise everyone to visit this camp.‬‏

Great place in a beautiful location. Very quiet and instantly relaxing. Star gazing in the evening is something to behold. We took an early morning jeep tour and the views were amazing that early. Everything is new, modern and well maintained at the resort. What really makes this place worth staying is the warm hospitality shown by Faisal and his team. We couldn't do .enough to make it a memorable visit

The location in the desert is amazing. Rooms are nice and clean with a beautiful view. Faisal, the host, is very friendly. The food is great, dinner is cooked in an underground oven. (don't forget to smile) We went on a jeep riding, wow what a view.

,😘😘😘😘😘We chose this camp out of the multitude of available options because of the great reviews and the fact that here you can get a room with a private bathroom. And we did not regret our decision - the host and his family were very welcoming, picked us up with a 4x4 at a nearby petrol station with free parking, gave us a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic room, and made sure we would feel very much at home. The room was a lot more comfortable than we had expected, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the view is simply awe-inspiring. Breakfast was a feast and they made sure we got a great vegetarian lunch in the desert the next day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ . We booked an unforgettable sunrise camel ride and a jeep tour in the afternoon, which left us enough time to explore the area on our own a bit. Tour prices were very reasonable and service was overall outstanding - would recommend.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice camp in the desert, extremely nice and friendly staff, it’s run by a family, they made lunch and dinner for us, food is good, the tea they made also tasty. We arrived in the morning, they picked us up from the , and in the afternoon, we did a private 4x4 tour, impressive landscapes! Later we did a camel tour to see the sunset, also very beautiful. The guys there are so nice that I highly recommend this place.

Brother Faisal and all the staff were so welcoming. They have curated a camp that is not only sustainable (solar powered and no plastic usage) but the experience immerses you into the Bedouin life and customs. From the way they prepare food, live off the desert terrain and native their way using the night sky. A highlight for us was the evening we spent under the stars. I’d wish we had stayed more than 2 night and إن شاء الله we will be back again!

،❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Faisal and Ayman are literally the best hosts we had during our 1-week trip in Jordan. Everything exceeded our expectations and they took such good care of us while I was also 5 months pregnant. It was for real the best accommodation and the most amazing experience. My mom and I will always remember it and cherish it. We spent 2 nights in the camp. On our first night we were lucky enough to see how the traditional food is cooked in the sand and on the second night we tried a different dish but again super delicious. We also did the sunset tour which I definitely recommend if you're not a morning person! The camp is easily accessible but not on the road which makes the overall experience much better. The camp has an incredible position to enjoy not only the surroundings but also the sunset/sunrise from this massive rock on-site. The food, the location, the hosts, everything 10/10. During our stay we also did a 1 day journey to Aqaba and then we enjoyed coming back to this peaceful and lovely place! I felt adventurous and when we left I made a silly mistake and got stuck with my car in the sand haha. I texted Faisal immediately and he of aoffered to come and help. It literally took a couple of minutes to be back on the road. He was very kind to check on us before arrival but also after we left as we were heading to visit the Dead Sea! We will come back and next time I'll !bring my baby too 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

I spent a night in a Martian bubble in this camp, placed in a beautiful spot in the desert. The bubble was modern, super clean and included a spacious toilet and shower. European sockets and USB outlets to charge your phone directly in the tent. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. A friendly staff served up delicious dinner and breakfast, and I talked with the host until dark. I'll come again and take my family to enjoy this unique place.

We loved our stay at Darien camp! The rooms were lovely and clean, bathrooms modern and the location felt private and the views fabulous but still close enough to get around and not too far from the visitor centre. Staff were professional, attentive and fun. And the food was INCREDIBLE! We had lunch as well as the breakfast and dinner and it was delicious. Evening campfire chats and the best tea and coffee in Jordan made for a memorable stay. There’s also only about 7 tents, so the group feels small and like a fun communal vibe. I recommend staying two nights at least to soak it all in!

Very friendly people that own and work in that place. Always smiling and willing to help you. The highlight of this experience, ofcourse after the desert view & safari, is the super tasty food they serve for dinner.
