It's an overall good hotel if you want to stay somewhere in Kathmandu and has a medium budget. The owner was very humble, he fixed my internet issues with care once I complained. However, they need to sync with their services. Restaurant bills should come with Hotel bills, paying cash was a serious hassle every time ordered something and paid tips every time.

Synchronizations with each department has lacking. Food styles need to improve. Room services and refill needs to be automatic.

Cozy, peaceful, clean and quiet hotel in noisy Kathmandu! A great place to retreat to after a day of exploring. The most friendly hotel staff I have ever met made my stay exceptional. Good restaurant and breakfast
