Fivelements Retreat Bali, Ubud

Everything!!Fivelements Retreat delivers on every level! From the warm welcome by the GM and staff with their huge smiles, to the beautiful grounds and the exquisite rooms, this Retreat is an absolute gem and a true haven of peace and Tranquility. The spa treatments are excellent and the healers are truly gifted and just amazing. I even loved the morning yoga and I have never been a yoga fan! My room was stunning and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Although I am not vegetarian or vegan,I loved the plant-based menu and every meal I ate at the restaurant was delicious. I absolutely loved my stay at Fivelements and I am already planning my return trip.:)

There was honestly nothing that I didn't like.

It's such a special place, from the moment we have arrived in the retreat we were immersed in the enchanting grounds where the wilderness meets thothfuly curated gardens, architecture, cousine and amenities. Every corner of the retreat was a feast for all senses, its beauty, scents, flavours, tactility and sounds all experienced at every step and felt beyond the physical sensations. Transformative experience.

The gardens were well kept. Food was very good. Lovely therapists.

The bathroom wall was dangerous and unstable. A massive rock cracked and fell at night. If it had fallen on me while I was in the bathroom, it could have been extremely dangerous. There were a few (very large) rocks missing so it was clearly not the first time this has happened. The receptionist lied and said it had not happened before. The staff did not seem concerned.

Everything was exceptional, the pool garden villa, staff, food and spa.

The check-in and the whole stay were excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, a great introduction to Bali. Rooms are very good, and the whole hotel is very clean.

Some of the evening meals are a bit strange (but OK), and more annoyingly, not many hot meals. I tended to eat out where possible. However, breakfast was excellent, and the lunch selection was good. Please note that Vegetarian meals only.
