Not much

It was very dirty, smelled of cigarettes, garbage was still in the container, only one set of towels for two people, coffee was limited to a bit in a container (no pods), bathroom light did not work. DO NOT stay at Stella Rooms.

La stanza era carina, ma il resto lascia a desiderare.

Purtroppo l’ospite accanto alla stanza fumava dentro la stanza oppure alla finestra del bagno e dentro la stanza c’era puzza di fumo. Inoltre mancava un’anta della doccia e si allagava tutto il bagno. Il piumone era macchiato e ho trovato dei peli in bagno.

Ottime condizioni della struttura

Esperienza terribile: gestore assente e menefreghista. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta, nonostante l’orario indicato su booking e sul preavviso da noi comunicato nell’app. Il gestore ha riferito che sarebbe stata pronta dopo un’ora, ma al nostro ritorno oltre tre ore dopo, la situazione era la medesima. Abbiamo atteso altri minuti affinché ci venisse aperto il portone d’ingresso, nonostante le numerose chiamate. Dopo averci comunicato che sarebbe arrivato in struttura per la consegna delle chiavi della camera, ha disatteso più volte l’impegno, adducendo giustificazioni poco credibili e addirittura chiedendoci di recarci noi stessi a casa sua per il ritiro, sottolineando la vicinanza alla struttura (domanda: perché non le ha portate lui stesso qualche ora prima, considerata la vicinanza?). Per di più, lo stesso ci sorvegliava con le videocamere presenti negli ambienti comuni e chiamava per chiedere spiegazioni suoi nostri movimenti.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROOM TO THE GUESTS WHO DON’T SPEAK ITALIAN! Or anyone else for that matter… We booked a room for two via booking.com. About two weeks before our flight, an Italian number called me and the host asked me if I wanted a discount. It turned out he wanted us to cancel our booking on the website and do it directly with him. It was really hard to explain to him I don’t want the discount and I’d rather be backed up by the booking.com policy, because he barely speaks English. After a while of him pressuring me to do it his way, he finally let go. When we arrived exhausted after the flight, we were looking forward to getting some rest. There is this fee you have to pay directly to the host, and in our case, it should have been 16€. But the host called us telling me, if we give him 20€, he will give us his best room. At this point in foreign country I really did not care about 4€, so I agreed. He told us we need to give it to him in cash. We did not have any, but I decided to figure it out later at some ATM. When we got to the flat the cleaning lady started to clean our room just as we came there (like 20 min after the agreed check in time). Our bathroom was not clean. The shower was dirty and with clogged drain. There was no cover over the toilet flush. Clock was not working… not in our room, nor the kitchen. Key to the terrace on our keys was not working. Knob on the front door of the flat loosened, almost falling off. AC remote not working. And the list goes on and on. I ran into some trouble trying to withdraw money at the ATMs, so I managed to explain my situation to the landlord, so we could send him the money to his account. But when we went to sleep (pretty early after our first day) the host started to attack me with call after call, texting me he needs the fee right now on his account. But I really didn’t react to any of that… it was like 1:00 AM.
