Tágas, jól felszerelt, erkélyes szoba. Busz megálló a kapu aljában, boltok pár méteren belül. Kedves fogadtatás, jól felszerelt konyha. A szállás adó segítő kész, a hangulat csodás volt. Gyík a konyhában nagy meglepetés volt🥹

When I called the property to ask if we could check in late around 11 PM, a man answered the phone and said, “Yes, of course, no problem — you can check in whenever you want.” However, when we sent him the booking number and our information on Whatsapp, he said the booking was canceled. When we called again, he claimed there was a problem with the electricity, so we couldn’t stay there and he said Booking.com later emailed me explaining the situation and offering to rearrange another place for us, but I never received any notice before. By then, it was already late to find another place to stay — and since it’s high season, last-minute prices were extremely high. We tried to negotiate with him, and on the phone, he said he had another place for us. At first, he told us we could stay there for free with no extra charge, but then he sent us a message saying it would be €80 per night for the new place. We told him we would meet him and see. While we were on the way, he started sending multiple messages asking us to pay the money immediately and in cash, which made us suspicious. After that, he continued sending a lot of messages and even voicemails saying we wouldn’t get a refund. He kept calling repeatedly, which made us feel really uncomfortable. I don’t know if the owner was trying to scam us or if it was just a huge miscommunication, but it was absolutely a terrible experience. It wasted our time, energy, and especially money. We had to find a nearby place for the night at the last minute, and now we don’t even know where we’re going to stay tomorrow — even though we had already prepared and paid for everything. This is my first time having such an experience with any booking website. Booking.com is already famous worldwide for providing legitimate experiences, and that’s why we booked without any doubt or hesitation. But this was truly a disappointing experience for us.

Appartamento curato e sistemato sotto tutti i particolari. Dotato di cucina a induzione, sala da pranzo e frigo. In ogni suite vi è il bagno privato, aria condizionata e asciugamani. Letti comodi. Proprietari molto disponibili nel soddisfare le esigenze dei propri ospiti. Ambiente tranquillo, pulito e controllato.

The room overall is nice and modern.

In the bathroom there was a used toothbrush, black hairs in the shower and on the floor, a little cockroach we killed and there was no toilet paper. The one at the toilet was empty already and there was no additional provided. But the main thing what gets me angry is if someone tries to fool me. The guys tried to charge 2,5 times the city tax. When I told them they said it's because of the room they upgraded us to the suite ( there is no suite we talked to other guests and the rooms look pretty similar). As I said I don't need the suite they agreed on the normal city tax - that's not how you should treat your guests!

Parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa, stanza abbastanza grande

Il proprietario è stato mooolto insistente, per ogni domanda che aveva da farci ci chiamava 5 volte e inviava tantissimi messaggi. La stanza non era pulita, non c’era il sapone in bagno, ci è stato dato solo un asciugamano per due persone. In camera c’era uno scarafaggio e infine l’ultimo giorno si è inceppato lo scarico.

Large bed, a balcony and nice shower. Large and equipped kitchen with coffee machine.

On the arrival on the first night there was no bed bed linen.. but got fixed the next day. Cockroach in the bathroom on the arrival - I know this is not the owners fault but a problem of whole building but it is a fact worth to mention. Dirty floor, needs a good cleaning.
