very clean, modern and the owner is helpful he accommodate us even at a very late hour…the common kitchen is well equipped with coffee and also cooking pans etc.

Room and bath are great. Clean, modern and absolutely every last thing in the room still had an Ikea sticker on it! But all new and still in excellent condition. Soundproof windows as street is busy (but very quiet 20:00-07:00) Full shared kitchen, all spotless. Great price.

I'm giving the Invisible host(s) a decent score because they have a decent place. But details were aggravating. ▪︎Absolutely NO staff to rate. ▪︎All communication must be through Whatsapp. Americans don't use it so it was hard to navigate. ▪︎NO English spoken at all. Or Spanish or Portuguese. ▪︎They claim "free parking." No. It's street parking...as easy as parking in Manhattan. ` ▪︎The neighborhood is way out of the center and is very working class. All soulless 8 story apartment blocks. ▪︎ So many keys! 1. Gate. 2. Bldg. 3. Apartment. 4. Room. 5. Key for electricity. So you can't charge anything while you're out. A 2nd person could not leave alone because they'd need keys for gate & building yet must take ALL keys...so no electricity in room. Key ring is soldered shut! ▪︎ Littleto eat anywhere, especially after 20:00. Neighborhood is completely dead by then. ▪︎Far from airport but this is likely booking.com's fault as it was listed as airport lodging.

Room was nice and spacious, main double bed was a sofa bed so not a typical bed. Other facilities were great including bathroom, WiFi, TV.

Bed could have been comfier

Very stylish and modern place about 2 km from centre. It takes 30 minute walk to Duomo. We booked Stella for early flight and Sergio took care we got transport on time. I recommend this appartment. Wi-fi excellent. Shared kitchen very neat. Great bathroom.

Bit confusing communication at first but all ended fine. English language should be upgraded. Balcony lacks table.

The owner was brilliant and couldn't ask for a more attentive and personable host.

Nothing about the room

cleanliness , internet, facilities , security.

about the property, it was perfect. But the location is horrible, could hardly get a descent restaurant, and people around the property clearly felt uncomfortable with black people.

I felt very comfortable. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their place. I like they used energy saving technology and they were always available.
