It's okay for the price

I checked out of the hotel a week early. The property manager stated that the GM approved a refund for the unused days. She stated she would process the refund the next morning. That was 10 days ago. She said I would have to contact booking.com for the status of the refund because they use some third-party debit card to pay them because I paid through booking.com. the hotel has Dodge all phone calls and multiple emails from booking.com customer service with a request of the confirmation number of the refund. This is forced me to contact the BBB and a lawyer, as well as the news channels, all because the hotel is holding on to $467 that they never lost to begin with because they had somebody in that room the next morning. The hotel also condones drug and alcohol use as the property manager admitted to knowing about weed smokers out at a place on the property called the block.

Nothing! The place needs to be cleaned!

The whole hotel was dirty. Our room looked like it had not been cleaned. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my feet was black. Not enough towels or wash clothes. The whole hotel smelled like weed, it says completely non smoking facility. So they start lying to you as soon as you walk in the front door.

The towels were dirty the sheets were thin the heat didn’t work

The staff was rude as hell

The staff were all polite and jovial!!!

Our hallway smelt like a seafood boil.

Nothing it was nasty roaches toilet didn’t work
