The apartment was huge and the location couldn't have been better, with the bedroom and lounge opening directly onto a patio and then the lagoon. Complimentary undercover parking was a bonus.

No air conditioning, but a pedestal fan, rather than a desktop fan, would have made up for this. The patio was lovely, but the table didn't have a flat top, so you couldn't place wine glasses on it.

It was like a home away from home. Really appreciate the attention to little details like the puzzle that kept the little ones entertained. Whenever we needed to query something the ease with which we could reach the host made our stay even better. We loved everything about the place . We would definitely visit again

Location and customer service

Rarely leave bad comment but this place is disappointing. The blanket, pillow, towels are all with stained. The master bedroom mattress is unsupportive and flat/ hollow in the middle. The bathroom door frame and ventilation fan are filled with old dust. The shower head is weak and sprays everywhere. While it is by the seaside, there’s also big mice at the outdoor area of the compound especially during windy or rainy nights. The wardrobe in the corridor gives an awful awful smell everytime you open it. The pumps of the soft plastic bottles for shampoo and shower gel don’t work.

Fantastic distance from waterfront. No loud crowds. Very nice view

Did not feel welcomed. Nothing compllitary like a biscuit,, little bit coffee , sugar or tea. No cookie or biscuit to feel welcomed. Bit pricey. Stained linen. No table or good light for make up. No drawer with hairdryer.

Apartment was not very clean. Sheets were old. Lots of hair everywhere on the sheets, bathroom floor, bedroom floor etc. We did not even stay one night at this place. We decided to leave the same evening at 10pm and booked into another hotel for the rest of our stay. Unfortunately I was told no refunds, so we lost quite a bit of money but unfortunately due to the conditions the unit was in, my family was not comfortable staying there.

Perfect placement near the lagoon. Easy access and easy to find. Everything we needed was in the house.
