A lovely apartment on a quiet street, a clean and cozy place. Special thanks to the owner Fatma for always being in touch and helping us greatly with instructions how to get to the apartment, useful tips on local sights, taxi services and so much more. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfy, not the most elegant place yet spacious flat (the room was a good size), in quiet location - very easy to check in and check out + parking on site. Prices in Alula seem to run very high and this was a great option from a price point. Good quality / price ratio. Definitely recommend.

Super easy

Nice rental in a good location. Being in Alula, one definitely needs a car to move around. It was hard to get a true idea of the size of the room from the pictures on Booking. However, the room was a good size and we had no complaints. Host was there to answer any question via Whatsapp. Prices in Alula seem to run very high and this was a great option from a price point and location point of view. A lot of mid-range places were out of town and having this rental in town meant we only needed a 3-5 min drive to get to places to eat.

Not a big deal but no breakfast served. However, coffee maker was provided in the room. This was a common theme with most of the places available in Alula except for the high end ones. Also, this was fully understandable since this was a rental by the owner so likely not cost effective to cater for 2-3 rentals. However, we located a good bakery close by and made sure to stop by and grab stuff for b'fast.

Host is a very very nice person and speaks perfect English. She reacted promptly and positively to every request of support and organized perfectly all the visits to the sites we were interested in. The driver that we required to Al’Ula Winter for the 2 days of staying in Al’Ula knows in any detail and feature all the area and was able to fulfil any desire of ours. We had with him conversations about any subject. We were very pleased to meet his family in his home. All this was organized by him professionaly and creatively.

Good value for money. Fatma is not at the location but always promptly available via WhatsApp for your needs. .if you wish Fatma can organise a car with Fahd to drive you everywhere, so you have the opportunity to experience in staying with local people.

Location is not at walking distance to the key spots, so a car is needed to go around. Uber is a good alternative if you don't have a car, alternatively ask Fatma for a driver

The owner knows to write and send nice polite messages, but that’s all

Very standard, not poor,but basic, accommodation, heavily overpriced, pricing more than 4* hotels. Nousy, shabby equipnent, broken sewage in the bathroom-water ob the floor. I chose this based upon references on Booking. My mistake. Never more. I paid much more, but it was not the crucial issue. I was trying to speak to the owner in person, was refused. The owner used to send me only WhatsApp messages . I don’t really know if exists or it’s maybe AI. Finally, sent me the message to leave cash money in the self check-in box. No invoice, no receipt. Black economy. Local financial authorities should check the activity of this body. Further we spent other nights in Al-Ula in various hotels-cheaper, personal contact with the owner, invoiced. No cash money in the pocket of the owner for such basic overpriced accommodation.

Very comfy room, nice host, help us quite a lot when traveling in AlUla. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, 𝓕𝓐𝓣𝓜𝓐!

You can spend thousands of $s a night on hotels in Al’Ula, but there are few available places at moderate cost. This area in the south of the city has character, with the rewarding restaurant Osturi being walkably close. Bedrooms are spacious, and the lounge is super large. It’s not elegant, but the self check in & out is easy and the hostess is attentive if needed.

I would have liked the shower water to be warmer
