Everything was perfect, from the communication with the host to the location and room. Good quality / price ratio. Definitely recommend.

Very easy to check in and check out , Fatma was very helpful , she recommended few restaurants around :) The house is better than in the pics , big rooms , air con working properly , hot water, quite neighbours … She let us check out a little bit later , really appreciate!

You need a car to stay there as it is a little bit far from attractions but I knew it and had no problem at all! I recommend the place very much and would go back !

I’m in love, not necessarily with the apartment but with the host Fatima! Never ever have I stayed at a place where the service has been more than excellent. Not even my friends would have helped me as much at anytime of the day as she did! We wouldn’t manage to get the fully Al Ula experience without her help. I’m so thankful for that. Thank you for make our Al Ula experience unforgettable. The facilities are basic, but all clean and enough. If you do have a car the distance to the old town is not far. We loved our stay so we exactly extended a day! Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and comfy, the host was tremendously amazing, they were so happy to offer help any time. Check in was clear and easy. Communication was thru messages and they reply back in seconds. The host offer us a free gift to visit 2 places but due to our schedule we couldn’t have the time to do them so to accept their generous gift The neighborhood is quiet.

The excellent communication from Fatma, she had excellent information on the area. Room was clean and welcoming. A great place to stay.

The only thing to improve is maybe having a sign outside with the address numbers in English so it is easier to find
