FRIt was a pleasure to stay at the Alula Winter. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would like to underline the kindness of Fatima who helped us organize our departure by offering us a driver. The hosts were very concerned about our well-being, responsive, caring and professional. Thank you for everything. I recommend this accommodation. There are also many shops nearby and the place is quiet.

SAGreat location. Very comfortable furniture. Complete Kitchen. AMAZING landlord! I've never met such an amazing and helpful renter in any of my previous stays anywhere and that's saying alot considering how many there were. The place was beyond expectations with everything you could ever need or want available plus more. The Mrs renting the place kept in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything went as planned lending hand in whatever we needed and I meen EVERYTHING and provided so many services all for absolutely FREE which was exceptionally generous of her. For anyone going to Al Ula for tge first time and nervous about not being find there way around or nervous about how to find a place to stay, please do yourself a favor and book this one. You won't regret it.

For the price we were charged, I would have expected the floor to be cleaner and a cleaning service that’s at least every other day.
