Staff were all very helpful and the hotel itself is in such a great location!

Very minor but the wifi wouldn't extend to the gym.

The staff was incredible and very personable. The hotel is in a great location.

We had a strange wire in the bathroom. The shutters did not close so our room had a LOT of light.

We booked a Junior Suite based on the photos showing a balcony, but in reality the room only had a window facing the balcony with no actual access to it. The neighboring room, however, had direct access and could even come near our windows, which seriously affected our privacy. We calmly explained this at reception since we specifically needed the balcony area for our wedding photos, as the room itself offered no special view or atmosphere. Instead of understanding, the receptionist responded with unnecessary arrogance and blamed us for not informing them in advance that we planned to take photos — which was completely irrelevant, since guests should be free to use their room however they wish. The whole interaction ruined the mood of one of the most important days for us. Thankfully, another boutique hotel welcomed us without any reservation and kindly allowed us to use their balcony and spaces for our photos.
