Very nice place at a very nice location. The room was well isolated; I couldn't hear the neighbours. It was clean as well! When I had some problems with the kitchen fan, the hosts resolved the issue within a day. Speaking of the hosts, they are very easy to reach through the phone or Booking's chat, and very helpful! I liked the room's interior, which was cozy.

Although the apartment has several bins to separate waste, the containers outside only allow for the separation of food- and general waste. Checking in is not trivial; instructions are sent before arrival, but they don't clarify where to go in the building or which doors the keycodes are for. I had to contact support to get in; it would help to include a map or some pictures with the message. The kitchen fan in my room was noisy, keeping me awake at night, but upon contacting the property this was fixed quickly! This fan was also very dirty, but the rest of the apartment was clean.

The room was very comfortable. Everything was clean and we even got a text message asking us if everything was clean enough. The location was amazing, almost everywhere we could get on foot. We bought tickets for public transport for the whole trip and it was a mistake because we didn’t use that much.

They don't provide breakfast.

I never made it to my room because their electronic lock didn't work. Noone was available on place to solve the problem. I was in town for work and not having a place to stay was sheer disaster. I had been traveling for 7 hours already and I had to wait for them to solve it (on the phone) during another half hour until they excused themselves and told me it was unsolveable. Then I had to look for another room in the evening in a city I had never been before. The company is crappy - choose another option.

The main reason to stay at this apartment hotel is the location. 2 minute walk from all the cultural highlights of this city. The concert hall, the art musuem, the theater, the restaurants. It's all there! The historic center is 15 minutes walking or 3 stops with the tram.

In the very beginning it was for me hard to get the codes to open the main door since I was 1 hour to early and the system could not deal with that. But after a phonecall everything was solved quickly. There were two smal issues in the room, but again, after contact with the service-desk all was resolved within a day.
