The location is good but the nearby building, Kåren has parties during Friday and Saturdays. A lot of screaming people. You hear it only if you need to open the window. Lots of storage in the room which was conveniet.

Extremely bad check-in procedure. I got 10 messages! before our stay but no email or sms with the code to the key cabinet so we had to call someone which took time. Also confusing which key cabinet to use as their is 3 options for adding your code. The code for the room came only on sms and the number was 54105B but you can't add B on the door. In the room there no shower gel, household papper or iron. The bed is not so comfortable and not wide enough for two people.

I wasn't able to get the key (the RFID tag). Furthermore when I forgot the tag in the room I wasn't able to reach anyone from the support to get in the room after 22:00. Nobody had answered. And it seems like supporters don't understand the internal arrangement of building. There must have been a full description describing the arrangement. I don't need the partial description without how to get the tag and what to do if you forget it in. Because you can do nothing without the tag. During the stay in the hotel I was informed that I must to throw out all garbage and left the room clean before checking out. It's not clear for me how much clean. I was a little confused.

There are digital codes to access house and apartment, that is great. But you still need physical key to access elevator and hallway, why? Notifications are a little bothersome and intrusive. Probably you try to compensate lack of human interaction? Please don't.
