Could do with somewhere to hang coats and clothes in wardrobe.

Posizione fantastica, appartamento spazioso, caldo e accogliente

Appartamento male insonorizzato, per cui si sentono i rumori dalla strada come se fossero in casa. In particolare sotto casa c'è la raccolta del vetro. Inoltre l'appartamento necessita manutenzione e l'equipaggiamento della cucina è decisamente insufficiente. All'arrivo non c'era neanche una bottiglia di acqua che anche se non dovuta, sarebbe stata gradita

Hot water kept going off - host fixed every time, but we think there maybe a boiler issue. However our host did their best to ensure we had water. It did not affect our enjoyment of the appartment

Location is prefect and apartment is really nice

No hot water for shower, no heating in the apartment... Outside: 3 degrees... :) Apartment was cold - no heating... Same for shower - only cold water - not lukewarm or something, only really cold water... During first day - almost no contact and without turning on a hot water, during second day and reaching out two times (after first one on the morning no one come...) hot water was enabled.

La posizione è eccezionale per visitare il bellissimo centro di Bologna. È nel cuore pulsante della città e a piedi si può visitare tutto. L' appartamento è elegante,caldo,pulito e ben fornito.

Geschmackvolles Appartement im Herzen von Bologna. Liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift, daher sollte man gut per Fuß sein. Digitaler Türöffner. Toller Ausblick auf die Türme.

Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, alles nur über KI. Appartement war kalt, es kam jemand um die Heizung einzuschalten, am nächsten Tag wieder kalt. Küchenausstattung sehr gebraucht und sehr spartanisch. Backofen war ziemlich verschmutzt.
