Presente, discreto e disponibile. Il soggiorno in Altabella Panoramic Terrace può considerarsi uno tra i più bei regali che un ospite possa concedersi nel centro di Bologna. Prenotate!

Posizione top. balconcino bellissimo . appartamento super silenzioso e molto accogliente e molto pulito.

Scale non segnalate e divano a letto non comodissimo.

Wohnung ist super Zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Schön möbeliert, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Blitzblank geputzt. Es gibt ein modernes Zugangs- System. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants. Erwähnt sollte sein, dass die Wohnung im 3ten Stock Altbau liegt, einen Lift gibt es nicht.

Wir hatten bei unserem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt 2x Abends kein warmes Wetter. Es wurde dann zwar jeweils repariert am selben Abend, allerdings ärgerlich wenn zum Duschen nur eiskaltes Wasser verfügbar ist. Da die Miete des Apartments nicht günstig, deshalb erwarte ich dass alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Möbel in der Küche sind etwas abgenutzt, sollten mal renoviert werden.

Charming apartment in an awesome location very central with great facilities and restaurants on the door step.

Very little not to like, although note as a family with 2 teenage girls there is only one bathroom 😉

The location was great.

Giovanni the owner was hostile and aggressive after we turned up at what we thought was the agreed check-in time - 2pm. His communication otherwise was to not reply to emails/messages. The Vikey electronic system was frustratingly temperamental. Small things were missing - eg enough coffee and tea for two nights.

Excellent location, one street back from the main square. Comfortable beds including sofa bed. Very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and well equipped kitchen for cooking. Four flights of stairs worth noting if you have accessibility issues. The host was communicative and kind.

Given the automated online check in, we didn’t get any personalised response about our earlier arrival time. We had requested check in an hour earlier and never got a response.
