Altabella Panoramic Terrace Apartment

Location Terrace Facilities were ok- cutlery, crockery, washing machine, ironing board etc

One bathroom which was accessed through the "main bedroom" Bedrooms not private- only a curtain closing them off, no doors. Roof leaked

Location was fantastic, very central. Such a clean apartment with the most wonderful balcony under the sun during the day and the stars at night!

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and shopping of Bologna. Apartment would be perfect for a couple. We stayed with four people and it was comfortable for us and met all our expectations. The terrace is fantastic and offered welcome extra space. Clean and well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would stay again.

The digital lock was a little tricky at first but ok once we got the hang of it. The shower can leak through the screen, but we had plenty of towels so was not an issue.

Great location in the center. Plenty of room for our family of three. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. The hosts communicated promptly and clearly. Would stay again.

Not a dislike but just a warning - the property is at the top floor about 100 steps up. Not an issue for us but if you have mobility issues probably not the place for you.

The location was fantastic. The apartment is nicely decorated. The terrace is lovey.

The door operates by an app on your phone. It is set to only open exactly at check-in 3pm and ends exactly at check-out 10 am. Outside of those times, you sit in the hall with your luggage and wait. There was only WhatsApp contact with host for communication or resolving problems, curt responses to questions. The apartment is 3 long stories of stairs up with no lift. You have to go to the ground floor yourself to reset electric circuit breakers if anything blows. This is not 2 bedrooms, it is a fold out couch and a bedroom with no doors, only curtains, no privacy.

Very nice apartment, clean and fully equiped, located in heart of Old city. Very nice terrace.

The property requires a data connection in your phone to get into the property. Since we were traveling from the US, that required a big expense in our parts to ensure we had that. Since there was no WiFi right by the entrance, that was the only downside. The property did warn us ahead of time though so there were no issues!

Location excellent, space very nicely decorated, nice terrace, gorgeous old wood structure.

Living room couch wasn't very comfortable, still ok overall. Place is simply beautiful so it compensates for that anyhow.
