Excellent location, Clean, and Quite.

the owner was rude and unaccommodating. We were freezing and the owner who controls the temperature remotely refused to raise it. there is not enough things in the kitchen to eat not to mention to make anything. the shower, though pretty, is very uncomfortable with weak pressure and a log sticking in to your head the whole time. The pull out bag is really uncomfortable. in general, a nice apartment with terrible management that made it unusable.

The long trek up those flights of steps. Not for anybody who may be unfit or a physical disability.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of everything.

The washing machine leaves little flakes on your clothes .... not sure if it is rust or something else. And there is not a dryer as advertised, only a rack. I also thought it needed a good dust.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with everything you need for a great city break. The terrace was lovely and the apartment was very open and light. Our host was extremely helpful and responded to messages very promptly.

The only thing I would say is that the cleaner should pay more attention to the mosaic tiles in the shower area, as there was a lot of black mould on them. This would clean off easily as I found out by just rubbing my finger on it. The drain on the terrace was blocked and a large puddle appeared under the table after heavy rain. I would however like to say that this in no way spoiled our stay. It is just said as constructive criticism.

The place was very comfortable, thoughtfully furnished and in an amazing location - the towers of Bologna are seen from every window. Communication was also great and we were allowed to keep our bags there almost all day.

3 flights of stairs. Check in process was not smoother with wireless. Had stated we were getting to town a little earlier than expected. We asked to check in an hour early. We were told that they could make that happen, but door would hit unlock until original time. Person we texted about it said we weren’t supposed to check in until original time, sent screenshots of their statement about getting in early. Did not get access until original time

The apartment was clean and spacious for the three of us, with the sofa bed already having been set up for us prior to our arrival. The terrace was a lovely addition. The staff were helpful when I had a query about the rubbish disposal and the pre-arrival information on how to find the property, and the technology used to enter both the apartment building and the apartment itself was very easy to use. The location was exceptional, with some great restaurants very close by.

Great location. Beneath 3 of the cities iconic towers. Great food, like everywhere in Bologna at your doorstep. 100 steps to the apartment, but well worth the effort. Plus a great supermarket around the corner with its own bistro for when you want quality food without the restaurant wait. I would return

Wifi didn't work at all. The virtual key to the building didn't work either. Whilst we got a real key, it would have been a problem for a small group with only one key. Almost all of the loft ceiling windows would not open or if they did you couldn't close them. The remotes for the air conditioning needed new batteries. More attention to maintenance is required and general cleaning. Don't get me wrong this is a great place to stay and perhaps these small items will be attended to.
