Very good location, very nice location, good value for money (if Wifi had worked and if I wouldn't have to wait for cleaning). Overall still quite happy even with the trouble (and I probably was just very unlucky).

Wifi didn't work, and the repair didn't happen until after I had checked out (I stayed for two nights and notified on the evening of arrival). The apartment was not ready when I arrived, so I had to wait for cleaning to be finished. Also, the dishwasher was full with stuff that was not all really clean.

It’s a short walk to the train station with an hourly service to Trondheim, about a 10 minute trip. Same train goes to airport in about 1 hour

Checkin is a bit late at 4pm and they were running late on my stay and the apartment wasn’t ready until 5. A nice touch would be to supply soap for the bathroom and filters for the coffee maker, no big deal.

Very good apartment but too far from city centre

when I arrived it was difficult to see where the entrance to the appartment was, the taxi driver had to help me. We found the main door at the back of a building but the code I was given didn't work. I tried 5 times. Then I called Forenom and they tried to help but it still didn't work. I was stood outside this door for 1.5 hours from 00.15 to 01.40 waiting for help to get me in. This was stressful, alone in the darkness, getting cold and not knowing if I could get in at all. Finally somebody said, try the other door. I didn't know there was another door and went but the keypad looked different. But I finally got in. And then I couldn't connect to the wi-fi and nobody could help me so I couldn't work during my stay :-( not impressed at all. It was a very unpleasant stay. I am hoping for a refund.

Nice apartment in a calm area. It was nice for us as a family to live close to the trambus in to Trondheim and playgrounds in the area. Also close to the supermarket, and the kitchen had everything that we needed :). Alltogether a great place for a good price!

Although it was easy to get in touch with the costumer service, the communication was a little bit confusing. We first got the wrong room number and key code, then the right one in a following text. The key code stopped working in the morning of our check out when my husband was out with our toddler. Luckily not all of us were out so I could let them in. I called the customer service and we got a new code, however she didn’t seem to understand the problem of not having a functioning code until the agreed upon time.. she said that they can always let us in remotely, but it’s possible to leave your phones inside while your out loading the car or whatever 😳.

This apartment is fairly new, spacious and well equipped. It was well cleaned and there were cleaning supplies if needed (for longer stays). It is nearby a train station, but still soundproof. Supermarket is at walking distance. There was also an elevator which is perfect when having lots of luggage.

Entering the building, the provided code didn't match with sent instructions. Calling the customer support line did help. The apartment lobby/hallway was not clean - lot of dirt from construction. Somebody mentioned it in one of the reviews before: multiple (frying) pans are not suitable for induction stove. Paid parking, free parking is at least 10 min. walk.
