Beautiful Renovated Gallery Apartment

Location, price, communication with the owner.

The place wasn’t ready in time of check-in, not a pleasant smell.

The location is amazing, couldn't ask for more:) It is right next to Dizengoff Centre. Staying there, I had everything I needed in walking distance, or take the buses that are very close and frequent. The apartment was small but enough for one person, there is a locked door to enter the complex and another locked door to the apartment itself. The area is very safe and I felt very comfortable coming and going at every hour of the day/night. The shower is renovated, very clean, great water pressure and hot water. There is cattle to make coffee and some equipment for basic cooking, though I didn't use it much. It is relatively quiet (no noises from the neighbours) and I could sleep very well. The owner was responsive when I texted him about a minor problem that I had (problem with light bulb). Overall it was a great place for a stay in Tel Aviv (I stayed for 8 nights).

The kitchen is very small and I would not count on it for serious cooking (though with all the restaurants around, you would probably prefer to eat outside).

Confort général de l'appartement qui est très sommaire !! Une échelle pour accéder à la mezzanine qui tient à peine......

Очень чистая и уютная квартира, есть все необходимое. Идеальное местоположение в самом сердце города. Рядом несколько магазинов продуктов, большой торговый центр, множество кафе и ресторанов. Тихая улица. До пляжа 15 минут пешком.

В характеристиках апартаментов указано наличие сушильной машины, однако ее не было. У стиральной машины функция сушки также отсутствовала. Еще просьба к персоналу укрепить лестницу у кровати, она расшаталась и мужчину может не выдержать.
