مدير الفندق محترم ومتعاون جداً مشكوراً ولاكن..

العزل الصوتي سيئ جداً، ازعاج اطفال النزلاء كله فوق راسك.. رائحة كرية تخرج من الحمام (صرف صحي)، غيرنا الغرفه واعطونا ترقية مشكورين ولاكن الغرفة الاخرى حمامها السيفون لايعمل، الزبدة تمرمطنا والحمد لله ان الاقامة ليوم واحد فقط

Request for water refill, coffee take too long te response by housekeeping. Repeatedly call reception

Staff service and food limited. Keep in requesting coffee in restaurant take too long

Only the location

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. We arrived at around 3:00 AM, and as a group of ladies, we expected at least some basic assistance and professional customer service. However, the staff member, Ehab, was not helpful and showed very little interest in assisting us with our concerns. The overall customer service was disappointing. The staff attitude was unprofessional, communication was poor, and we did not feel welcomed as guests. The level of hospitality was far below what we expected from a hotel. The management should pay more attention to staff training, customer care, and guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope the management takes these comments seriously and works on improving the service provided to future guests.
