كانت الإقامة دون المستوى المتوقع، حيث كان صوت الهواء واضحًا من الشباك بشكل مزعج طوال الوقت، بالإضافة إلى وجود شباك آخر لا يوفر عزلًا كافيًا للضوء مما أثر على جودة النوم والراحة. كذلك السرير والوسائد لم تكن مريحة للنوم. تم ابلاغ موظفة الإستقبال وأفادت بأن الغرف المتاحة بنفس المستوى. نأمل تحسين مستوى العزل والاهتمام براحة النزلاء مستقبلًا
