Palazzo Italia Apartments

Clean, good location for short stay, but a bit noisy from the street.

The place was quite close to the train station (the reason for choosing it). Water bottles in the fridge and coffee machine (I had some tea with me and was happy to be able to make some).

When I arrived late in the afternoon the key was not in the key box. I contacted the owner who responded immediately and said he would come. But I then heard noises behind the door and knocked and the previous guests, two ladies, were inside the common area with the keys. So problem solved but there was a used towel and toothbrush in my private bathroom. The bedroom window to the street and railway could not be fully closed and the noise was very loud. I had a double bed and a single bed and moved the single bed mattress onto the dining room sofa and slept there. The noise could still be heard even though I closed the door between the rooms and had ear blugs. The neighbourhood is not nice even during the day. After I left, the owner sent me messages asking for the key which I had placed into the box. He wrote it was not there. He later sent another message apologising for making a mistake about the key. The price for the quality was way too high. Wish I had not stayed there.

Noise from the street

Great location, close to the Bari Centrale. Apartment is spacious and clean.

It’s a bit noisy and not for people who have problems with falling asleep.

Pretty clean room, close to the touristic area.

The acommodation is close to the train station so the area doesn't feel safe at all. A lot of noise in the room from the traffic, especially by night time- so we did not have a good sleep. There was no bathroom in the room (room nr. 2). The bathroom, eventhough private, is outside, on the hallway ( the hallway is used by other tourists that are acommodated at the location) . No showergel or shampoo. No tv in the room.

The room had lots of space, was very clean and the decoration was amazing. The beds were great.

The room was super noisy. The noise form the street was not insulated at all. It desperatly needs new windows because so much of the noise from the street was seeping into the room making it difficult to rest

The room was nice and clean. There was wifi and AC.
