The cottage exceeded expectations, it was perfect! Our host, Kimberly was super helpful, and when i accidentally left new shirts behind she arranged for me to pick them up with no probem. Really nice..

The host was amazing. I could not get the Booking app to work on my phone to get the key code for the door and was able to call her for the information. Which she emailed me directly and texted the info too.
The Booking app is crap for android phones. I could not get into the section to get the door key code. There was no email sent to my gmail account from Booking with the sign in instructions for the door. Only got reservation info nothing else. Ended up having to call the host directly for assistance. I have had this same issue before. It works on my laptop but not my phone. I do not take my laptop with on all trips.

The little abode was sweet and clean. Also, it’s a very quiet neighborhood. The bed that I slept in was super comfortable. The place was very clean as well . It was a very quiet neighborhood too.
I’ll tell you what I didn’t like about it. I asked about the toilet height and the owner or manager told me it was regular height. It is NOT. It is not regular height. It is very low so if you have any knee problems or anything like that, good luck. Also, a major problem is the driveway they told me to park in the carport which I did twice. Also got high centered twice on a cement divider about a foot high trying to get out because you have to back out. It’s hellacious driveway just pull straight in do not park in the carport! According to the neighbors people have had to be towed out before. Not good. Just saying. I had to go to a car place to make sure I didn’t have my oil pan scraped off or damaged. 🤷🏻♀️

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very quiet but a short walk to downtown and easy access to everything in the area.
Problems with the heater control, but the owners were very responsive and took care of correcting the problems.
