It was so close to downtown and near where my friend lives. The bed was so comfortable. It was very quiet. Great shower.
I am not used to electronics so some were challenging to me like the dishwasher etc ,

"Cottage Gem"

The cottage is in the perfect location to downtown and very walkable. The beds were so comfortable you'd think you were sleeping in a five star hotel. It had everything you needed with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi, AC, and outdoor furniture. I highly recommend this gem of a cottage.
The blinds in one of the bedrooms did not work but not at all a problem. Just couldn't open the window since the nights were warm.

The house was perfectly located, well equipped, super clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood looks a little random but the neighbours were very friendly and the dog next door is a sweetheart. We loved staying here.
Nothing. Parking on the driveway is a little tight for a large SUV but we found backing in was easier than nose first. If you have a small car it’s no issue.

Perfect location, walking distance from downtown. Very simple and sweet for a family trip to the Yuba river. Kitchen is equipped with all new things. Kids room is super cute.

This little cottage is perfect for 3-4 people and so close to downtown Grass Valley. It was lovely to walk around the town! There was history about the town scattered throughout. Some great restaurants and a really good brewery. Even the neighbors were friendly!
Only issue is the deadbolt on the back door doesn't work and the bathroom doors have a slight issue with staying closed as well but these things didn't negatively affect our stay.

חסרים ארונות, הגענו לכמה ימים ולא היה איך לפרק את המזוודה. הדלת בין השירותים לחדר שינה לא ננעלת, לפחות פעם אחת נפתחה לבד.
