Location was everything right in the centre of the city Enables you to go back out in the evening to see sunset without a long walk restaurants and shops also on your doorstep amazing place even took our morning coffee out to wake up to the outstanding views this place is a true gem

"Tutto bene ma meglio con il pass ingresso ZTL"

La posizione è ottimale per visitare il centro di Matera a piedi. Bus turistici comodi per visitare i sassi con una guida molto informata.

Il parcheggio.. perché essendo in centro la zona ZTL è attiva dalle 10 a mezzanotte e quindi resta difficile se non impossibile poter parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Sarebbe comodo avere almeno per l’inizio e la fine del soggiorno un pass per poter accedere più vicino e favorire lo scarico e il carico dell’auto.

Ottima posizione,abbastanza vicina a punto scarico bagagli auto, sul piano, appena prima dei gradini per scendere ai sassi,a 10 metri bellissima visuale,appartamento nuovissimo,in centro,ma comodo, anche per 4 persone, e silenzioso. Pulitissimo e dotato di phon,ferro e asse stiro,nonché di aria condizionata e tre ampi finestre,il che non e così scontato.

Se avesse la lavastoviglie sarebbe al top,cosi come se avesse un tavolo un poco più grande dove mangiare, perché è perfetto per 2/3 persone,ma per 4 troppo piccolo. Ma è una sistemazione comunque perfetta.

This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful town! It is in the perfect location to visit all of Matera. It is a relaxing space, comfortable and clean! Our family loved staying here and highly recommend it!

It was all was great! May recommend an adjustment to the pullout couch in living room as it was a bit tricky to pull out :)

Modern and clean apartments amongst the old town. Perfect location near the hustle and bustle but on a quiet street away from noise. Air conditioning was welcome in the heat of Summer and the facilities were clean and new.

No complaints, great property!

Huge room. Clean and comfort. On the edge of the old city so u dont need to move your giant suitcase through europe rocky roads staff are very helpful

Only one aircon, no air con inside sleeping area
