Palazzo Caltagirone Suite

Loved everything about this place, starting with the host who was very kind and helpful. She shared a lot of useful information with us and our stay would have not been as great as it was had it not been for her. She treated us like family! The apartment was bright, clean and spacious and was located on one of the main streets of the historic center. Restaurants, sites, pharmacies, and everything we needed was only a few minutes away. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The only thing that was missing was a washing machine. Nevertheless, the host graciously provided us with information on the nearest laundry mat.

Only issue was with Apple Maps getting us there.

Beautiful retreat from a hot and hectic Palermo. Very close to everything in town. And Anna is amazing with tips on what to do.

Anna was amazing with us. She made sure we didn't lack anything and was very responsive and attentive. A valuable help. The rental is great, and the apartment is functional and cute.

the pressure in both shower cabins was weak and there was no cold water, only warm to hot water came out with very weak pressure, we told that to the host

The host Anna is so kind and lovely. She was so helpful and gave us many great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The apartment was a great fit for us, super clean and nicely organized. It is also in a great location. Overall a lovely stay and we really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Caltagiorne Suite.

really good overall. No complaints. Big place with the ability to sleep 6 adults. 1 room with a door upstairs with a dedicated air-conditioner, one bed and one couch-bed sharing an air conditioner in the main room.
