Anna was an exceptional host! She personally welcomed us at check-in, providing invaluable information on local attractions and delicacies. She went above and beyond, assisting us with links and details crucial for our trip. The apartment's location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to various attractions. The place was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend Anna's apartment to anyone visiting the area!

The stairs can be a bit tricky with luggage, so we opted to leave our bags downstairs and only brought up the essentials for our stay. It was not a problem for us!

everything in the property was well organized and whatever was needed was provided, Ana, who hosted us, was supper super lovely, helpful, informative and supportive, we all loved even small but the time we communicated. we had suggested a beautiful coffee and felt truly welcomed from the very first moments in Palermo. I like that Anna was extremely helpful for everything- parking car, restaurants, places to go and visit! Great location and staring point!
