Chamarel Mountain chalets

The accommodation was beautiful. Whoever designed the place is a genius! Certain details were exceptional such as the wooden doors and furniture. Even the locks were amazing. I looked around four different rooms whilst there and each had their own character and special charm. The grounds and pool were fab too.

The location and surroundings were horrible. Surrounding streets looked dirty and undeveloped. The roads leading to the premises were narrow, steap and basically dirt tracks. I arrived in the evening after a tiring long drive and my sat nav got me lost. Sign posts to the accommodation could be better. I got so frustrated that I almost gave up! The restaurant on site was lovely and staff were attentive. The meal options were however limited and expensive. We had to wait over an hour for our main courses!

Super nette Menschen sowohl Karishma von der Rezeption als auch die Damen und Herren im Restaurant sind super super nett. Veganes Essen möglich und sehr toll umgesetzt, wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Man hat uns sogar extra Sojaschnetzel besorgt. Die Anlage sieht super tropisch aus, auch der Pool ist wunderschön

Wie hatten 3 Kakerlaken im Zimmer und einen kleinen Gecko, was normal ist inmitten von Natur. Aber damit muss man halt klar kommen

The staff were amazing - it felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was well prepared and tasty.
