The place is convenient as it is near the beach and away from the noisy main road. The room is also comfortable and has an AC. The caretaker was also accommodating.

The restroom really needs an exhaust fan, otherwise, people need to open the door outside so the whole room won't smell. The dining utensils should also match the people that are staying inside the room. Having a controlled heater would be a nice addition as well.

Size of the room is big. The AC is silent. There is free drinking water in the corridor.

The CR has no ventilation so after some time the whole room smells like a toilet. There is a serious termite infestation in the kitchen cabinet, it almost falls apart. There is no blanket provided for the beds (there is a piece of cloth which looks rather like bedsheet) There is no hot shower (my fault that I didn't check it prior booking).

dirty room and bathroom. doors lock were broken. made us wait to have our check in done due to the previous guests just checked out.

Beds were clean and comfy. Room was spacious enough for all. Good enough location. Cheap stay.

No towels or hand soap upon arrival. we booked a 4 person room but only 2 towels included and had to pay 100 pisos extra per towels. Towel were barely large enough to cover my waist. Bathroom was moldy and in a poor state. Shower was partially broken but usable. With a little effort this could be a great place to stay.

Value for money but I think I can get the same rate with cleaner bed.

Tried to message the caretaker and tried to borrow some hanger if they have but I got no response. The bed I sleep on has I think a mold stains when I tried fixed the bed linen I saw a mark of mold. It looks like they only changed the bed linen and did not clean the inside beddings. ( Please check room D the bed in front of the room)
