AMAZING, convenient location. Few minutes walk to the beach and some iconic eateries.

Our bathroom’s drainage was clogged but otherwise, the bathroom was alright.

Bathroom badly needs scrubbing.

Staff member was approachable and able to meet our requests. Very close to the beach (10 mins walk) and to nearby restaurants and bars. Cosy room with good AC, spacious area for eating and cooking.

A little bit messy. The kitchen top was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Toilet was also full of stains that we needed to brush it ourselves just after checking in. Overall, kitchen and dining sections were dusty and needs to be wiped down properly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival they welcomed us. The room was spacious, bed is comfy (2 double decks and 1 solo bed - good for 5-10pax), available dining space&table, sink with plates & utensils. The place is good for family or group of friends to hang out. Good place to rest because it's located uphill and away from noisy areas. Lots of parking space for guests with vehicles. Place is nearby to everything, walking distance to all restaurants, Convenient store, bars, surf beach resort, ATM and other apatells/hostels. Friendly advise for commutets (new arrivals) in LU, 150php is the regular rate from Partas Bus Terminal going to 7/11 in front of Tagpuan Resto Urbitztondo Street to wherever your destination of resting place.

For improvement: bathroom needs deep cleaning (toilet, floor and sink) with some chemicals to remove stains and urine smell, and the toilet flash needs repair. Then hopefully toiletries and towels will provided on our next stay. For uphill walk is nothing we can do. Going up is good for exercise and work on your lower extremities.

Restaurants, cafes and bars are all nearby the apartelle. The beach were only 10mins walk away from the beach. All linens are clean and well sanitized. Sir Kayo (the owner) and kuya Raymond (caretaker) were so kind and hospitable.

Prepare for an steep uphill walk/drive going to the location.
