I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the quick room service. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Tourmaline ❤️

Great location across the street from the fort and the old town market Good restaurant on the 7th floor

Security is very tight in the city, perhaps for good reason. I was offered an armed guard to visit the bazaar!

"The most Bad experience"

Nothing.

Hotel's reception is really bad. They do not do anything for the customer. Really really bad service. I arrive earlier then check-in time. The reception dose not accept to keep my luggage. Also they do not allow to stay at the lobby just 10 minutes. So bad.
