The staff was very friendly.

Great staff. Good and clean room. Hotel is new. Restaurants and breakfast are really good, also, good view to the fort. I Would stay here again.

I liked everything.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Foreigners need to be aware that the staff will ask you where you are going whenever you leave the hotel, which can seem intrusive. However I believe the hotel is obliged to inform the authorities of the movements of foreign guests for security reasons. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. I highly enjoyed the evening meals I had there. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Shortly after checking in, I discovered a lizard in my room behind the curtain. However I called housekeeping who immediately gave me a different room. Service in the restaurant on my final night was far too slow. It took over an hour for my food to arrive. One of the lifts was not working for some of my stay, which meant longer waiting times. Wi-Fi could be a little patchy. Power cuts were fairly frequent but only ever lasted for a few seconds at a time. Only instant coffee at breakfast.

Total disaster…
