The staff were friendly & kind.

When I checked in, I went to my room to find a plate & fork outside the room. obviously from the guests who stayed in the room before me. The staff who helped me with my luggage never took it away, & 2 days later the plate & fork were still outside my room. I told reception who went to took it away.

This should be your number one choice for a hotel in this wonderful city. Superb location near to the Fort, very good security, an oasis of quiet, within walking distance of all sights and markets. Truly four star facilities and comfort with a delicious breakfast and and superb reasonably priced restaurant. Thank you to all the very attentive English speaking staff greatly managed by Muhammad Bilal Jan, they really went beyond - for example, on our first afternoon walked us under the underpass and lift into the centre. Just one of many examples of caring.
