Seaside luxury apartments

very spacious and clean apartment, nice pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach

Location was great and the host was really friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely, good size and very clean. Breakfast was well cooked, good quality and great value for money.

We were in the downstairs room so can’t have an opinion on the upper floor rooms. We couldn’t lock the room so didn’t leave any valuables there when we were out.

Exceeded expectations for the room

Pool side beds and chairs were mainly broken

Super komunikace, fajn jídlo - jedli jsme pouze tam, bazén, pokoj, místo... Oceňuji, že je tu klasický sprchový kout, tudíž po sprše nemáte mokrou celou koupelnu, jako je tomu jinde na Srí Lance. Cenově také paráda. Možnost vyprání prádla a masáží. Majitelky jsou moc milé.

Jediná věc - před pokojem v přízemí je trošku nešťastný ten velký jídelní stůl. Narušuje to soukromí.

Розташування чудове, до магазинів, пляжу чи ресторанів можна дойти до 5хв. В самих апартаментах також є кухня та вона досить смачна. Є невеликий басейн. В ванній кімнаті були шампунь, кондиціонер та гель для душу що не завжди зустрічається на Шрі-Ланці.

Кімната знаходиться на нульовому поверсі, її вікна балконові виходять на басейн та столик ресторану, тобто у вас немає балкону, а прям під вашими вікнами можуть сидіти люди та голосно розмовляти. Але про це я знала з попередніх коментарів. Що мене більше здивувало, що за стінкою номера кухня, і ви чуєте все, як збивають блендером комусь фреш, миють посуду, стукають, ріжуть, включають/виключають воду і т.д. Жодної шумоізоляції. Шум є навіть після 22. Ми брали цей готель щоб відпочити перед літаком, бо вночі мали виліт, але нам не вдалось поспати ні вдень, ні після 22, через постійний шум.

Location a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Bottles of water for when we arrived which was really nice . Option to purchase food. 2 bedroom apartment spacious.

On arrival the second bathroom shower was really dirty which when raised was rectified. No cutlery or cups in the apartment and the gas turned off. Again asked for cups and this was rectified. We arrived in the evening and when we woke up the next morning, reception was closed so could not buy breakfast because the owners were not there and the property was locked which is not acceptable , the pool was dirty so could not use. When we returned to the property in the afternoon, the pool was clean and property open because other guests had arrived.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, the room was clean and had enough space for two people. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. As the room is part of their house, they tried to give us privacy and were aware to be quiet at night. The food was delicious (you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner there). We also enjoyed the pool area

The double room is next to the family’s living room and the entrance to the room is shared with them. In front of the room is the terrace which is used by everyone staying at the hotel. So just be aware of that fact

La maison et la piscine en jettent sur les photos! La piscine donne directement sur la rue,la chambre est "chez l’habitant". En soi cela ne nous dérange pas, ce qui est malaisant c’est la famille vautrée dans le canapé ...la chambre avec la clim est bien, de bonne taille, en revanche impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux car la famille est a 40cm de la baie pour prendre l’apéro! La sdb est moderne et bien équipée, en revanche l’aération donne directement chez les hôtes... Le repas est assez vite servi, sans plus en qualité, l’un des hôtes insiste lourdement pour le petit déjeuner le lendemain, des boissons etc... Enfin, venons en à la propreté : nous avons passé 3 semaines chez l’habitant et jamais vu cela ! Pour preuve les photos ci après! Nous avons dormi dans notre sac a viande ! En
