"Superb"

Great location - not far from the beach and main drag through Negombo with restaurants/bars etc. Lovely pool to relax in and around. Lovely family who manage the hotel live on the bottom floor and will arrange airport taxis, lagoon tours etc. Would highly recommend if you need a place for a night or two on arrival or departure.

Lovely family in a beautiful apartment. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was excellent. However we needed to work online and there were some issues with internet. Everyday! We should have told them that we needed a lot of data.

"Best accommodation for our Sri Lanka trip"

This was the nicest place we stayed in Sri Lanka, the apartment is very well taken care off, 2 large bedrooms with ensuites and perfect air conditioning through out the property. The family that looked after the property were very helpful and the pool was great

Only suggestion would be to allow guests to be able to control the roller door and leave it closed during the day so there is more privacy at the pool
