Seaside luxury apartments

It was very clean . The pool was lovely had everything we needed .

The property was furnished with all the adequate essentials. And the swimming pool was a big highlight, and it is completely private and a great place to chill with friends

This property delivers what it promises and does so well. The owner is exceptionally helpful - including advising us on the best travel connections to get to Negombo, and checking in during our stay whether there was anything we needed. The pool is perfect, well maintained and warm. The appartments was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t try to cook in the apartment, we did make use of the refrigerator and other kitchen items to do some very minimal self catering. The location was great for us, being at the northerly end of Negombo beach and an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but on the edge so it was quiet at night. We paid about $70 US a night for three people and this felt like a good deal for what this property offered.

Completely new place, still some things missing (primarily tools and things for cooking in the kitchen). Would have loved some sun beds by the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the Negombo beach(it was around 200m walking distance). The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with neccesory items for preparing our own meals. The pool it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the beach!
