Loved the decor, loved the bed. Double shower and glass bathroom bit weird but fun. Very modern. Brilliant position for the city, near everything.

Steep steps to get in (20), but manageable. Tv wifi didn't work so couldn't watch world cup 😑- would be nice to have sugar for black coffee. But did love the place. Nice to have coffee machine. Loved the bathroom

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable.

Street is little noisy, but soundproof windows are mounted.

Nowoczesny apartament w klimatycznej starej kamienicy w samym sercu Palermo. Lokalizacja 10/10. Wszystkie atrakcje w pobliżu, pyszne lokalne restauracje za rogiem. Kontakt z właścicielem ok. Nawet przesłał adresy polecanych restauracji. Z miłą chęcią zagęszcze tam ponownie :)

Mimo ze apartament nowoczesny idzie wyczuć zapach starej kamienicy.... nie każdemu moze przypadowac toaleta przy kuchni za szklana, przezroczystą szybą.... W kuchni ekspres do kawy...ale kapsułek brak... Aaa I wina tak jak w innych komentarzach na przywitanie tez nie bylo....ale to naprawdę malutkie minusy. Zdecydowanie wiecej plusów.

I had a wonderful stay at the Eligius Luxury Apartments! The host, Angelo, was warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went well. The check-in instructions were very clear and he was so kind to accommodate a late check-out as my flight was later in the day. He also offered some great restaurant recommendations to experience the local cuisine (all excellent – my personal favorite being DOBA.) The apartment itself is modern and offers everything you need – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, reliable Wi Fi, good aircon, and everything is very clean. You also have a beautiful view of the piazza from the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of bars and restaurants in the square and some gorgeous jewelery shops as well. The apartment is very close to Palermo’s city center. Via Maqueda, the Cathedral, Quattro Canti – all the main sites are easily within walking distance. Even Palermo Centrale is easily accessible in case you have plans to travel by train to other locations in Sicily. Overall, staying at Eligius Luxury Apartments made my time in Palermo incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s the kind of place I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well hosted stay in a beautiful part of the city.
