La connexion WIFI

Pas de service de concierge +pas de cocote+ Bouilloire non électrique: piteux état (cabossée et pleine de calcaire)+ deux serviettes salles pour trois adultes+ Odeurs de sueur sur taies d'oreillers camouflées par un mauvais parfum+ cafetière crasseuse+ fenêtres du salon sans stores+ moquette du salon en piteux état+ Ecran TV: sale+ pas de serpillère+ situation dans un lieu "urbain" catastrophique+ Lavabo sale et bouché et l'eau coule jusqu'à la chambre+ raclette rabougrie et bricolée avec un morceau de tissu+ théière puante+ Vue sur béton-ville, plutôt que sur la ville comme c'est indiqué sur l'annonce+ terrasse encombrée de briques, de sable, de détritus...+ Le petit déjeuner de l'annonce n'existe pas+ Pas de parking au sens professionnel du terme, mais un espace près de maisons et loin de la "résidence", donc le lendemain de la première nuitée: rayures sur la portière de la voiture côté passager+ pas d'aire de pique-nique en extérieur comme mentionné sur l'annonce+ réfrigérateur minuscule+ Linge sale+ La cheminée et le chauffage, mentionnés sur l'annonce, n'existent pas même si on en avait pas besoin+ Labyrinthe de ruelles pour accéder à la "Résidence" (Je vous laisse deviner l'emplacement et la qualité "urbaine" du lieu)+ des insectes à identifier par un entomologiste+ poignée de portes défectueux. Conclusion: le descriptif du logement ne correspond aucunement à la réalité. De ce fait, je demande un remboursement, d'ailleurs j'ai quitté les lieux sans passer la dernière nuitée.

The staff are friendly are responsive. Communication was very good and the flat is well equipped

The hot water finished quickly, not enough hot water for 4 people showing one after another. Is very close to a cemetery, and the windows don't shut properly
