"Toll Lage am Paraná, schwieriger Zugang"

Tolle Lage am Fluss, ruhig gelegen, schöne, alte Villa mit speziellem Ambiente, Superior Zimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool, tolle, günstige Preise, interessante Speisekarte mit einheimischen Speisen, Personal freundlich.

Hotel hat ein Problem mit der Kanalisation, es riecht beim Pool sehr unangenehm. Der Zugang zum streng bewachten Quartier im Country Club ist durch Kontrollen langwierig, Taxis kommen nur schwer zum Hotel. Organisation unprofessionell und langsam. Einige Zimmer brauchen dringend Renovationen.

EXTREMA FALTA DE RESPEITO E CONSIDERAÇÃO COM SEUS HÓSPEDES.

Fui comunicada um dia antes do meu check-in que, EU deveria solicitar o cancelamento da minha reserva por um problema DELES, o DETALHE: Sou Brasileira e estava viajando de carro a quase 2 dias. O hotel se quer disponibilizou ou viabilizou opções para me resguardar, ou seja, me deixaram literalmente DORMIR NA RUA!. Uma tremenda falta de respeito e consideração!

Da es nicht viel zu erzählen, wir haben gebucht. Wir sind angereist die haben uns nicht reingelassen. Die sagen, das wurde storniert. Keine Nachricht gar nichts. Was kann man dazu sagen ich muss auf die Schnelle mir ein anderes Hotel suchen.

"Heerlijk hotel met uitzicht op de rivier"

De locatie was schitterend gelegen aan de rivier. Personeel heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het restaurant 's avonds was niet echt gezellig. We zaten vaak als enige gast te dineren en de keus was beperkt. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima.

Er was niemand die een beetje Engels sprak.
