Location is good.

AC was not working. After repeatedly asking the staff one mechanic was brought but he came at 12.00 midniht when all in the room were trying to rest amidst the hot and humid weather. The mechanic couldnot do anything and the AC did not start cooling. 4 person in one room and AC was not working made the situation unbearable.

Staffs were friendly. Ghats in 500 metres approx.

We were offered multiple options while booking but it turned out completely different. 1. The hotel asked us for more amount than we paid on booking.com. 2. Drinking water was not provided even after multiple reminders. 3. Airports shuttle facilities were included in the room rate as mentioned on booking.com but the same was denied by the property.

Guy on the desk had a odd vibe Washing is pretty expensive here and takes 36hrs Rooftop isn't a view of anything Really poor in respecting the quiet hours, woken up every night several times with light's going on, people checking in/ out, even the staff coming in and talking.
